Piece Dyeing
Carolina Cotton Works invested in all new
Scholl RapidFlex Jets to offer our customers the most efficient consistent
method of piece dyeing cotton and cotton blends. More recently, CCW purchased 4
new Fong horizontal dye machines. Horizontal displacement of fabric inside the
machine allows for even dyeing, free of rope and crack marks sometimes
associated with dyeing synthetics. All of this equates to superior quality and
value that our customers have been accustomed to from Carolina Cotton Works.
